I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable, with the most comfortable beds I've experienced in the US. The service was top-notch, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The location was perfect for exploring Mobile, and the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The dining offered by Chef Robbie was delightful, although a bit disorganized. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent value for money.

8.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfortable rooms and friendly service, but with a few minor drawbacks. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and had totally modern plumbing, including a jetted tub, making my stay very enjoyable. However, the strong room freshener was a bit overwhelming. The service was top-notch with friendly staff offering suggestions and a fantastic breakfast chef, but there were some ongoing efforts to improve some areas. The location was perfect for exploring shops and restaurants, despite some noise from surrounding highways. Dining options were great, allowing for conversations with fellow travelers, although with a few hiccups. Overall, a pleasant experience with both positives and minor letdowns.
